DESCRIPTION:The Florida League of Mayors (FLM) is holding regional events in Tampa and Clearwater June 26-27\, 2025.  \nPlease see details below and be sure to register for each event. \nYou are welcome to attend both days\, or only one day\, depending on what your schedule allows. \nThese events are open to all Florida Mayors (both FLM members and nonmembers). \nYour Vice/Deputy Mayor is also welcome to participate. \nRegister no later than June 12\, 2025. \nThursday\, June 26\, 2025 in Tampa\n12:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET  \nHosted by Mayor Jane Castor\, City of Tampa. \nRegional Lunch\, Roundtable & Afternoon Events 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET; Lunch is provided. Location: Tampa Bay Chamber – 201 N. Franklin Street #201\, Tampa\, Florida\, 33602. \nRegional Roundtable: Connecting Entrepreneurs\, Innovation and City Support to Drive Local Economies \nRoundtable Description: Tampa is quickly becoming a leader in entrepreneurship\, innovation and economic revitalization — and its success didn’t happen by accident. Strategic investments like the Tampa Riverwalk have transformed the city’s urban core into a magnet for business\, tourism and community activity. During this Regional Roundtable\, Mayors and local leaders will explore how cities can serve as active partners in supporting small businesses\, startups and innovative industries. Through a conversation with entrepreneurs\, business advocates and city officials\, we will discuss how reducing barriers\, encouraging investment and fostering vibrant business ecosystems can drive economic growth at the local level. Attendees will leave with strategies to better connect entrepreneurs with resources\, streamline city processes and champion innovation that strengthens local economies and builds thriving communities. \nRegional Dinner \n5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET; Location: Bern’s Steak House Restaurant 1208 S Howard Ave\, Tampa\, FL 33606. \nRegistration is required.  \nParking for Dinner: Due to limited parking availability at the restaurant\, valet service is mandatory; payment for valet parking is accepted via cash or credit card only. \nNotes: \n\nDress for Roundtable: Business Casual or Business.\nDress for Dinner: Business Casual to Semi-Formal.
