Click here to register for the FLC Legislative Action Days. \nFLM SCHEDULE \nMonday\, January 26th \nMayors at Work: From the Locker Room to City Hall\nVIP Leadership Tour with Coach Luke Loucks\n1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.\nLocation: Florida State University (FSU)\nBus transportation will be provided and will depart at 1:00 p.m. from the Kleman Plaza/FLC Office to FSU.\nYour Vice/Deputy Mayor is also invited; please encourage them to participate.\nOn January 26\, 2026\, Florida’s mayors will take a behind-the-scenes leadership tour of the FSU Athletic Moore Center\, the Dunlap Football Center\, and the newly renovated Doak S. Campbell Stadium—spaces where culture\, preparation\, and teamwork drive championship performance. Coordinated with the support of Tallahassee Host Mayor John Dailey\, this experience highlights how the principles that guide elite athletics also strengthen leadership in city government. At each stop\, mayors will explore how data-driven decisions\, strong organizational culture\, and long-term planning mirror the work they do at City Hall. Coach Luke Loucks will share insights on communication\, accountability\, and leading teams through high-pressure environments—demonstrating how lessons from the locker room translate directly into effective municipal leadership.
