Smith\nThis interactive session is designed to foster meaningful\, peer-to-peer dialogue among Florida’s Mayors. Participants will be seated at designated tables organized by key issue areas impacting municipalities—such as economic development\, infrastructure\, public safety\, housing\, and resiliency. Each table will feature a Mayor-led discussion centered on real-world challenges\, innovative approaches\, and success stories from their communities. The goal is to create a space where leaders can both share and learn from one another in a practical\, solutions-oriented setting. A lead facilitator will help guide the overall conversation\, identify common themes across tables\, and elevate key insights for a broader group discussion.
