This session offers a comprehensive look at Florida’s evolving retail landscape and presents a balanced strategy that combines national retailer attraction with strong small business support. Attendees will learn how to leverage retail corridors\, demographic data\, and site selection tools to drive investment\, while also enhancing walkability\, promoting mixed-use development\, and creating experiential destinations that resonate with residents and visitors alike. The session also covers new AI tools to support local merchants and other ways to enhance the small business landscape.
