The Honorable Dave Gattis
Mayor, City of Belleair Beach

I have proudly called Pinellas County home since 2014 and have lived in the City of Belleair Beach since 2017. With a desire to contribute to the community, I was honored to be elected to the City Council in 2019 and then as Mayor in 2022.

Today, my focus in public service is on collaboration and strengthening our region. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve in the following capacities:

• Mayor of the City of Belleair Beach

• President, Mayor’s Council of Pinellas County

• Vice President, Barrier Islands Governmental Council (Big-C)

• Pinellas County Tourist Development Council

• Pinellas County EMS Advisory Council

• Florida League of Mayors Board of Directors

This public service is supported by my professional career as the Vice President of Engineering for DITEK Surge Protection in Largo. My experience in this role provides a practical background in problem-solving and strategic planning that I find valuable in serving our community.
