Clearwater Jazz Holiday Educational Experience
The Regional Meeting begins with a unique educational experience hosted in partnership with the Clearwater Jazz Foundation, providing mayors with an opportunity to observe firsthand how a nonprofit organization collaborates with local government, businesses, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to produce one of Florida’s premier music festivals.
The Clearwater Jazz Holiday has become more than a signature community event—it serves as a model for how arts and cultural programming can strengthen a city’s identity, attract visitors, support local businesses, generate economic activity, and enhance residents’ quality of life.
This experience offers practical insights that municipal leaders can adapt within their own communities while demonstrating how strategic partnerships can create lasting economic and community benefits.
